Windows Mixed Reality Keep Turning off

i Just Buy The ACER Windows Mixed Reality and i love him so much but the problem is i just put a fresh batteries to the motion controllers and he just turn on a few seconds and turn off again
i tried to turn on like 20 times and he turn on perfect and if the motion controllers out of the camera of the ACER Windows Mixed Reality 10 seconds He Turn off again and back to the first problem

Hi ZeroSama, which one is turning off? Your ACER MR Headset or the motion controllers?
