Error Code S0002261-101

Computer got unresponsive and freezes on connecting the mixed reality headset to system. On opening the mixed reality portal, it loads for at least 5 secs and becomes unresponsive, after 2-3 mins some graphical pixels starts to generate in the monitor.

My windows 10 and graphic driver is updated to the latest one. Currently i'm unable to use the mixed reality device due to this issue.

Processor - Intel(R)Xeon(R) CPU E5-1650 v3 @3.50Ghz 3.50Ghz
RAM: 16GB
Graphic card: NVIDIA Quadro M4000
Windows Update successfully installed:
Windows 10 version 1709 (KB4041994)
cumulative update for windows 10 version 1709 (KB4089848)

    Hi @Vijay_Ravindran21,

    Error Code S0002261-101 usually means the HDMI adapter you are using is incompatible with Windows Mixed Reality.

    Please see the supported and recommended HDMI to mini display port (DP) dongle here.

    Besides, you can use Windows Mixed Reality PC Check app to see whether the device can support Windows Mixed Reality in its current state.
