HoloLens remote networks hologram sharing/streaming

I am starting to work in the development of a collaborative application that needs remote hologram sharing, without using Unity.
Does the HoloLens supports remote hologram sharing with the HoloLens users in different networks? How much is the impact of the latency for a real-time collaborative scenario?
Also, is there a way to stream the actual content of the HoloLens to the Web or some Windows 10 application (also in remotes networks) without the need for the user to configure things in the Device Portal (as suggested in this link)? I researched this functionality for Skype, but as far as i read, HoloLens Skype can't stream other HoloLens applications contents.
I know it's a lot of different questions, but if anyone has any answer and/or example of anything related to any of the questions, i'd be more than grateful.
