Downloading an 2D Image

Hi,

On startup of App, I want to download an 2D image from REST API, and Display it on HoloLens, How can I do it, any algorithm or code snippet will be much appreciated.

Answers

  • @ManojTalreja,
Are you wanting to get the image from the HoloLens running the app or another web site?
If you want an image from the HoloLens, I would recommend accessing the Pictures library instead of using the REST API.
If you are accessing a web site, the specifics of how to do that will vary based on the site's implementation (if any) of a REST API to download images.

    Thanks!
    David
