Skype Hololens Add-in Doesn't work

Hello, I have tried skype 7.41.0.101 and I have installed hololens add-in on desktop and Surface Tablet, but when I started the call, I didn't see icon for interaction, I can't draw line with mouse or finger; but I remember I could do it with another surface tablet and older skype version.

What is the problem?

Does anyone have the same problem?
