Mixed reality controllers in bluetooth as input fix?

Has anyone found a fix to fix the cant connect to mixed reality controllers because they are named as input in bluetooth and they dont "respond" as the bluetooth says. i have tryed to reboot the controllers restart computer updated windows and alot more what to do next??

    i updated my windows, restarted computer tryed to connecet didnt work shut down pc took power cable off back on tryed to connect didnt work, i got sad went to sleep wake up did my stuff came back tryed to connect worked????
    well im clad it connected it updated the software of the motion controllers
    and it started to work perfectly.
    it fixed it self at least
