Hw do i set an object to appear on the floor instead of a fixed height?

I'm building an app that displays a car in front of you life size. I built the app with the fact that I'm 6' tall in mind so I put the Y position for the objects 6' below zero so it appears to be on the floor. how can I make the object automatically appear on the floor based on the height of the wearer?

This probably does cause some problems for people who are taller/shorter than you and it might also cause problems if you were to start up the application when sitting down as your car might appear well below floor level.

Have a look at this forum question - it seems to be similar to what you're asking here https://forums.hololens.com/discussion/comment/21655

    Hope that helps!
