Can we get the clicker "Click" event separate from a tap?

I have an app that requires the use of the clicker in one hand, and air tap/hold for the other. Is there an event we can listen for to get the clicker click, but have it not register as an air tap? As far as I can tell the Clicker just sends the air tap message to the HoloLens--there's no way to know if it's coming from a clicker or a hand?

Well I suppose we can check if the hands are in view--but if I need to use both a hand and a clicker that's no use.

Maybe you can see if the 'air tap' is preceded by a ready gesture? I think a ready gesture should be read even for a split second before any tap is registered. I would assume the clicker does not register a ready gesture.
