Forum support is a fantastic way to get answers to your questions by asking the community or searching for questions that may already have the answer you need. It's one of the most popular choices amongst MR developers!

Sometimes, however, your development issue may require additional assistance. In those cases, Microsoft is here to help:

No-Charge Mixed Reality App/Game Development Support
For a limited time, if you need code-level assistance developing your MR app or game and the forum just isn't giving you the answers you need, you can submit your issue at no-charge here:

Support is provided during local business hours.* You can include your phone number in the web submission form for call-back if needed, and in most cases an engineer will respond within 1 business day.

* This is a limited time offer and subject to change without notice. For most countries, business hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM during week days (weekends and holidays excluded). For North America, business hours are 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific time, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. In Japan, business hours are from 9 AM to 5:30 PM weekdays.
