Skype on Hololens and Skype for Business

good morning everybody, when I try to contact through my company PC using Skype for Business my contact on Skype for Hololens the call starts but while the guy with hololens can see and hear me, I only can hear the audio while his video remains black. In super-impression on the hololens he have an inscription that says that the user who is contacting (me) has limited holographic capabilities. What happens, is there an existing solution or a plan to improve the program?
