Can't use my Dell Visor at all due to error

I got a Dell Visor, was working really well for a few weeks. Now I just get this error:
S0002361-101
I'm using windows insider drivers and I have done everything I can think of short of reinstalling windows, which I am not able to safely do due to the massive amount of software installed on my PC

What's the OS version and driver's version you are using?

This issue might be something to do with an updated graphics driver, especially if the GPU is an AMD, as we have been seeing some problems with newer graphics drivers for some of their cards, but no guarantee. Could you please generate a feedback item and send the short link to me? I'll help you forward this to the engineering team so that they can take a look directly.
