After signing into my work account, it displays a white screen and I can't continue with the setup

Hi guys,
The screen ask whether I own the HoloLens or my work or school owns it, I select "work and school owns it" because I am a student using it for a project I am working on. This directs me to signing in with my school account on our intranet.
After I sign in to my account, it takes me to a white screen playing generic loading music which I assumed was a loading screen while the account signs in however it has been on this screen for over 45 minutes. It doesn't allow me to go back and there is no interactive button anywhere.
When I turn it off to try again, it takes me to same part where I need to sign in my account and the same thing happens again.
Does anyone know why this is happening? Or how to fix this?
