Holotoolkit. Don't destroy on load for InputManger and MixedRealityCamera
I have two scenes in a Unity mixed reality project. When loading the second scene (using SceneManager) the input manager and the MR camera from the first scene persist, with Don't destroy on load. I don't really want this behaviour. Is this HoloToolkit bug or a feature?
(Unity 2017.4.3f1 and holotoolkit for that version)
