DEP6720 error with all applications after Hololens update

I have been using Hololens for both trying the Windows Mixed Reality Toolkit and my own application using the camera without problems.

Last week, a colleague updated the Hololens with an update of June 26th (It seems to be the Windows 10 April 2018 update).

Since then I can not deploy any of my applications. I get the following error:

DEP6720: Failed to deploy package 'Native Debugger' (EB22551A-7F66-465F-B53F-E5ABA0C0574E). DEP6959: Error removing the file from the remote device: 'C:\Data\Users\DefaultAccount\AppData\Local\DevelopmentFiles\VSRemoteTools\x86\1041\DiagnosticsHubMsg.dll. The file can not be found (HRESULT Exception :0x80070002)'.

Can anyone help me what to do in this case? (I googled and could not find a solution)

My Unity is 2018.1.3f1 and my Visual Studio is VS Community 2017 Version 15.7.3 (.NET framework 4.7.02558)
