How to use MRToolKit HAnd Draggable.I am a beginner.

Hi. I am a Japanese student who is making a Hololens application for the first time.
I hardly understand the program code.
Because development at Hololens is the first time.
I am stadying.
I want to move objects freely by hand gesture.
So we used MRToolKit's Hand Draggable component with CubeObject.

When playing with Unity, you can do gesture operation well, but you can not do it if you build on real machine.
Because it works well on Unity, I think that it is setting, but I do not know.
Hierarchy has Manager prefab and Cursor prefab

Please Help me
