Samsung Odyssey HMD Not Working

Hello, I just purchased a Samsung odyssey, and when I plug it into my USB 3.0 port, I can only hear sound, and change the volume but the windows mixed reality portal says "connect your device". When I plugged it into my USB 3.0 port, it didn't install the drivers so I did that manually and it has an error. Thanks.

    What's the error you've got? I'd suggest you try the steps listed here first to see if it can slove your issue.
