Cannot connect to WCF host (net.tcp)

I am using Unity to create my application. I have a necessity to receive data from remote WCF host using net.tcp protocol.

Here is code that I am using.

        NetTcpBinding binding = new NetTcpBinding(SecurityMode.None);
        EndpointAddress address = new EndpointAddress("net.tcp://MY_ADDRESS:6334/IESI");

        ChannelFactory<IIESIRemote> factory = new ChannelFactory<IIESIRemote>(binding, address);
        IIESIRemote remote = factory.CreateChannel();

        IESIState state = remote.State;

        ((IClientChannel)remote).Close();
        factory.Close();

I managed to make this code work in Unity. But it does not work when it is translated into UWP project.
Compilation is OK. Exception occurs during the execution.

Could you please give me some advice about what I shall do to make it work?
