OneNote 2016 does not extract contact info from business cards scanned with Office Lens
Hi all, let's see if somebody knows how to deal with this issue.
I use Office Lens (16.0.10325.20047) in a OnePlus 3 device with Android 8 (OxygenOS 5.0.3) and when I scan a business card and save it in OneNote (16.0.10325.20024 in my phone) both as contact and image, when opening OneNote I can only find the scanned image but no information extracted nor a VCF inserted file.
This contact info extraction used to work OK, but at some point it stopped working. I don’t know if it is due to a configuration problem or a recent update (Office Lens, One Note or Android itself) may have interfered with the OCR process. I have tried by re-installing both Office Lens and OneNote with no results.
Can anybody provide some help with this? Thank you very much in advance.

Clearly nobody has helped, but I have same issue, get image only but no details are extracted. Using Lens 16.0.10827.20118 and Onenote 16.0.10827.20081. Was previously working very well, any one got anything?
