Saving Spatial Understanding mesh as .obj file

edited October 2018 in Questions And Answers

Hi,

I'm trying to saving the mesh generate by the spatial understanding module into an .obj file. From what I know currently there is no official support for this, so I tried to implement @AliaAlaaElDinAdly and @amngupta’s solution in this thread: https://github.com/Microsoft/MixedRealityToolkit-Unity/issues/188

From the debugging logs, it shows that the spatial understanding mesh was saved successfully, but when I navigate to the folder, there is no files in it at all.

I'm triggering the saving after the spatial understanding mesh scan has been finished.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

Thanks
