(RS5) OS Notifications clipping with rendered application
The new OS level notifications are clipping and causing artifacts with the applications they are rendered on top of. This includes speech notifications ('Select') as well as the new Bloom menu and Volume Indicators.
Repro Steps:
-launch a full screen application (like the 360 video player)
-adjust volume to force the notification (Volume Indicator)
-move your head around and observe the indicator clips with the application
