MR Controllers refuse to connect

edited November 2018 in Troubleshooting

So basically My MR Controller
don't work anymore. they worked for like 3 weeks until one day, I come back for school, turn on my computer, start-up mr portal, and for some odd reason, my pc doesn't notice the Controllers. So I go to BT Settings and disconnect the controllers. When I try to reconnect the controllers, it doesn't work and for some reason, the controllers are named ''Input'' In the Device Selection. I have tried to get A BT adapter but no difference was made, My 3 questions are: Wheres the problem and how do I fix it and would a factory reset on my computer work?

PS: The controllers are named correctly on my phone, that being ''left controller'' and ''right controller.

In advance, thanks!
