Windows Mixed Reality stuck on a Low Resolution windows logo loop.

So I've had an HP Mixed reality headset for a few months now, and I stopped using about 3 or 4 months ago. I recently pulled it back out to use it because some of my friends got VR headsets of their own. Before the headset ran smooth and was a lot of fun, but this time around I was able to set it up and run the tutorial. The problem occurred once I finished the tutorial and it said it had a surprise for me. Then the screen went black and the mixed reality portal restarted. Since then every time I try and launch mixed reality portal all I get is a loop of a low resolution windows logo. I have tried downloading all my drivers multiple times, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software multiple times. I can't find anyone else online that is having this same problem, so I'm really hoping someone here can help me.
