We forgot the Microsoft Account Password and can't get it back, Cant' access UI !

I updated the HoloLens yesterday, and after i updated it, it asked me to log into my microsoft account.
Problem, it's a random account from my company, and we can't get the password back because we don't have all the informations needed ton get it back (Name, location etc...)

Is there a way to access HoloLens UI again without having to factory resetting it.
It would be a problem cause we have some app installed on it, that we want to keep.

Please, Help me, i'm starting to have no hope left.
