C# semantic segmentation library

Is anyone aware of a good semantic segmentation or instance segmentation library in C# which could be used to develop programs for Hololens research mode ? I know about some simple ones on OpenCV but not sure if OpenCVSharp can do that as well. I rather be using something like GluonCV and MXNet with their pspnet model~~~~.
