Windows 10 Enterprise vs Professional

For my work, I'll be working on building an HoloLens application. A special pc will be set-up to do this and the currently raised question from IT is whether it has to be the Enterprise version or if professional will suffice. I'm not able to find anything on the matter and I was just wondering if there are any advantages with one of the two versions.
