Windows Mixed Reality Right Motion Controlller could not communicate.

Hi guys, been trying to make my motion controller work but I can't find what's the problem . The right Controller doesn't work at all and could not be found when I try a fresh install of windows mixed reality. On the other side when If i turn on the headset the controller is stuck on the right corner but still not working...
Any solution. Thx
