USB problem. Need help

I have an older computer, but it's overclocked and I have a GTX 1070 and get high gaming benchmarks. My problem is when I plug in the Odyssey plus it says that there is a problem with my usb 3.0 port. I have two 3.0's in the back, and two in the front. I took a picture of my device manager for reference. Is there any work around to this problem, or do I need to buy a PCI express USB card? If so which card, would a cheap one work?
