Record video and use PhotoCapture in Unity app in HoloLens at the same time

I'm working in a Unity application to scan QR codes with HoloLens. It works fine and it does what I need, for I need to record a video demo, and whenever I use PhotoCapture to take a photo of the QR code and scan it, the Cortana recording stops. Is there a way to record video and use PhotoCapture at the same time without canceling the recording? Videos like this show that is possible somehow:

I also tried the live stream on the HoloLens companion app, but once the live stream starts, my airtap does not take any PhotoCapture, it looks like the live stream "locks" the PhotoCapture instance.

I really need to show a demo of my holographic app, while taking PhotoCaptures, is this really possible as of now?

Thanks!
