Export Restrictions and Foreign Grad Students?

Based on our recent overwhelming success and first impressions of the HL, my office is very interested in pursuing multiple projects at our lab. We partner with local universities and very often work with students that are foreign nationals. We're very sensitive to all license/contract issues and one of our senior managers asked us to "to check if there are any export restrictions on these items, because, legally, allowing a foreign student to study the technology is akin to 'exporting' it"
Obviously we don't want to violate any agreements. How aggressively should we plan and expect to enforce this?

I don't believe that there are any restrictions in the purchase and usage agreement that would prevent foreign students from developing with HoloLens. Adding @Vanessa to confirm.
