Hololens falls asleep at writing data to a file

I installed this example. On every update of SpatialMappingObserver I collect Camera data. After 2000 updates I start to write the data into a file. After writing (few seconds) the pointer on screen is gone and Camera position doesn't change anymore. On Update() I get always the save position even if I move glasses. If I press "Enable" button on glasses, the pointer comes and it starts getting real camera position again. How can I prevent glasses to fall asleep while saving data?
