Not yet.
Its available on the hololens by default. Called "Holograms", it not Actionogram.
@riazmuns , No Actiongram is a seperate App to Holograms. https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-hololens/en-us/apps/actiongram
I see, but initially when I was searching on Actionogram (back in may ) it has models as in Holograms app, so I was into a different conclusion. Anyways this app looks cool ....
