What are the mandatory Azure services for HoloLens 2 to work ?

Hello,
I actually have two issues:
Make the HoloLens 2 work offline.
Let's say I get the device, and I don't connect to Azure at anytime. Will the Hololens 2 work properly ? If it doesn't, what are the issues ?
Maybe I need at least to connect Azure On-Premise services ?Make the HoloLens work offline after a first initialization done online.
This time, let's say I connect to Azure to initialize the device. Then I want to work offline, is that possible or do I need periodic access to Azure in order to make the device work properly ? If this is not possible, what are the issues ?
