Spatial Mapping at high movement speed with HoloLens 2

I am currently working with the HoloLens 2 Emulator on an application.
In the use case, the HoloLens is used while driving a electric go-cart which is moving with up to 20-40 km/h (12-24 mph). Is the Spatial Mapping capable of recognizing the surroundings at that level of speed? Or could AR-Tags be recognized and 3D-Models presented at the position of them?

Thank you in advance!
