Odyssey + don’t let me pair the controllers on the setup
Hi, The headset don’t recognize the controllers any more, I try reinstalled all again for pair the controllers from the setup, but for some reason when the setup is running skip the part when it’s supposed to pair the controllers....simply don’t asked for the controllers....then install the headset, the limit of the room, but don let me pair the controllers....and all works fine, but whiteout the controllers.
I Reinstalled everything, the mixed portal, the mixed reality app from the configuration of windows, but nothing seems to let me pair the controllers. In the troubleshooting talks about of "Samsung HMD Odyssey+ Setup" app .......I don’t know where is that app, the only app then store let me downloading is mixed reality portal, and that setup always skip the part of the pair controllers.
