HoloLens2 Emulator doesn't use GPU (GPU is not running Problem code 43)

Hi guys,
I am using the recent HoloLens 2 emulator to test my Hololens App, but I have very low Fps. Looking into the Diagnostics tells me why: the emulator doesnt use my gpu.
It says:
virtual GPU status: The GPU is not running: Problem Code: 43
This is my system:
Xeon 1231 3,8ghz
16GB DDR3 Ram
RX Vega 56
Windows 10
All is updated to the latest version.
WDDM 2.5 and Hyper-V is enabled.
I would be very thankful if anyone can help me!
