Can we create 3D Tags or labels at runtime using text input

I am new to AR development and trying to build an app using Unity and HoloLens 2. The purpose of this app is the user can provide feedback to 3D models (prefabs).

For example, if one of the parts/components needs some changes in shape or color, the user can annotate it and then those changes need to be sent back to the designer to implement.

Now, I want to use 3D labels or tags which can be created at runtime from some text input. I just want to know is it possible to do so?
