How to input Revit file into HoloLens

Hi, I am master student in Asian Institute of Technology and my advisor want me to study about HoloLens for inspection in construction site. So I would like to know that how can I input the 3D file that I already done by Revit software into the HoloLens. That is needed to have to develop a new software for support a revit file or there are some plugin that should install in Revit? Now, I am try to put the model in Unity and connect the Unity and HoloLens by using pin number, so I can see it through by HoloLens in real environment but the problem is the size and scale of model is not same as real one. Any one who has an experience or done with this techology before please give me some instruction because I am beginer with HoloLens technology. Thank you
