Microscopic Bubbles Forming on Outside Lens
Hello everyone,
I am having an issue and wondering who to contact. I am sure the Microsoft team is here on the forums.
Today on one side of my HL I noticed a bubble formed like a pin hole on the one side. I noticed it when I put in on after it was in my case.
After buffing the one side with the cloth and running the HoloLens another bubble formed on the complete opposite side.
This happened exactly a few hours after I streamed a video on the Microsoft Video store. So this was the first time my HoloLens was under any real heavy graphical load.
Last night towards the end of the 40 minute show it was skipping around on the video.
Could this be a heating issue? Is there any way Microsoft can repair this? Please! It was expensive!
Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Chris,
You should engage with hardware support . Feedback for the hardware support team thus far has been very positive for people with hardware issues.
