How to make HoloLens more comfortable to wear and possibly increase performance and battery life?

Change design of HoloLens so, that CPU & batteries + all heavy & hot stuff sits down on persons belt rather than sitting on ones head. On head there should be only display, that is light, cold and comfortable to wear for longer period of time. These 2 parts can be connected by thin cable than can be hidden under ones shirt. Or head part can be small battery, just for WI-FI connectivity with belt.

One of the biggest selling points of the HL is that it's fully autonomous and untethered. The second you try to split it in multiple parts, you break that concept.

The gain you get in light on the head, you loose in time it takes to put it on and ergonomic.

Give it some time.... 20 years ago computers were as big as a fridge, now you wear one on your head, hand and in your pocket.
