Deploying to multiple devices efficiently

It seems you have to restart VS each time you deploy to a remote machine. (?) . is there a way to deploy to multiple hololens easily

    You don't need to restart for every deploy. Just change the IP of the remote machine and deploy to as many as you need.

    *There is a bug in VS 2015 Update 2 that if your device went to sleep between deployments, you won't be able to deploy until you restart Visual Studio, but this had been fixed in VS 2015 Update 3.

    is there a way to have this address not keep changing every time the IP changes on the server computer?

    I'm afraid I don't understand the your question... If your HoloLens IP changes it might be because the DHCP server assigns it a different IP from time to time. To ensure your HoloLens has a fixed IP, you need to configure your DHCP server to either assign a static IP to the device (based on its MAC address) or increase the lease time to make the IP change less frequent.
