Try rebooting your PC and HoloLens.

If that does not work, there might be something wrong with your configuration.

1) Double-check that you have the latest version of VS installed with the Windows 10 SDK:
2) Verify that 'Developer Mode' is turned on for both your PC and HoloLens.
3) Verify that you installed the matching UWP Runtime with your version of Unity.
If you have multiple versions of VS and/or Unity on your machine, you might need to uninstall them and then re-install the latest versions to get into a clean state. Hopefully you won't need to go that far, but it worked for other forums users:
