How to use Bluetooth communication?

Hi all,
Has anyone used the Bluetooth function in Hololens? Does it work as client or server? Can we use Windows APIs (e.g., device enumerator, pairing stuff) ? Can we even use the Bluetooth for communication? Is it only LE not Bluetooth( no LE )?
I have tried to find more information or APIs on "Bluetooth 4.1 LE hardware" but ended up with any further clarification or guide. Any experience or info should be appreciated!
