Hololens Emulator - error message

Hello! I'm having trouble getting the emulator to start through VS or Hyper-V manager. Can anyone please help? Details below.

Error message below. Hyper V manager starts Hyper V, it sits at 10% process for extended time, then errors out with this message. (Same error occurs if I start Hyper V through VS.)

Here are screenshots from the computer and how I am interpreting them. Please correct me if any of my thought processes are off!

SLAT enabled
DEP enabled

Quad core processor

Hardware assisted virtualization enabled
VT-x with extended page tables enabled

This says the computer has a Intel HD Graphics 530, but it also has a GeForce GTX 960M with updated drivers.

The leads I'm currently looking into:
1) The Intel processor pics above were taken before Hyper V was installed. After it was installed, the app showed me the below pic, stating virtualization technology and VT-x with extended page tables is set to "No". It is my understanding that VT-x must be enabled to use the Hololens emulator so I'm not sure why Hyper V would turn it off or if this is even causing my problem.

2) In Hyper V manager, my GeForce GTX 960M isn't compatible with RemoteFX even though it has DirectX11 as stated by the emulator requirements page, and all drivers are updated for the graphics card through the manufacturer's update app. Maybe that means it is trying to use the Intel HD Graphics 530 for Hyper V and it isn't good enough?

3) Maybe it is because I can't figure out how to disable Intel VT-d and Trusted Execution? My computer (an Acer laptop) only displays very basic config things in the BIOS so I'm not sure where to find this.

Thanks!
Scottieo
