I think the whole process is the best Microsoft marketing ever. See how no one complains about the price anymore? They just complain about Microsoft not taking their money quickly enough and wonder to themselves if they can pay a bit extra to have their money taken even sooner.

Just got my tracking number. Looks like I wont get it until Monday (sigh)

Mine showed up on Friday amazingly enough. I'm very impressed. It may be simply that my office is smaller than the room used for the HoloLens academy but it feels like the FOV on the unit I received is larger than the one I was using at the academy.
I tracked the package down at FedEx. The device is everything as advertised.
