Lens Scratches & Replacement

The inside lens on one of our HoloLenses got scratched by people wearing glasses during demos. What type of material is that lens made of, and what options available for replacement or repair?

I was an optician for multiple years and can say that the only material truly scratch resistant is glass, but it is very heavy and prone to shattering. All other optical lenses are a variant of plastic. Plastic tends to be lighter, shatter resistant, but more prone to scratching.

I would suggest using the 'Contact HoloLens Support' link at the bottom of this page to see about replacing your damaged HoloLens.
