Bizspark Denying HoloLens Development Companies?

I've recently submitted multiple applications to the Bizspark service and have waited multiple weeks for a response only to find out that yet again, my application was denied. I utilized every bit of the space given to describe my company, provided a copy of our business plan, and even linked our tax documents to prove legitimacy. I'm not sure who is reviewing these applications, but it's somewhat sad if they are denying the companies starting out with Windows Holographic development.

Has anyone else had issues with Bizspark? I might have to go with the IBM cloud instead for our platform.
