Hololens Storage and OSHA

Hi,
I'm working for a client in the Oil Services business industry and last week I did a presentation about Hololens for App Development and some of the questions that came up for the meeting are:

  1. Can the Hololens be used in a outdoor field environment and be OSHA Complain?
  2. Can an App build for Hololens be used offline with only needing to store and view data from the hard drive like PDF's or Videos?
  3. Can it be possible to use a helmet and prescription glasses with the Hololens?
  4. When does Microsoft is planning to increase the Field of View of Hololens?

I hope someone can help me with thee questions.

Thanks,
Cesar P.

I have the same requirement to embed PDFs and videos within an app. Looking to see if anyone has done this and what the best way to go about it would be.
