How can spatial mapping no record and no range limit?

I'm not sure what you are asking, but I'll give you some information that might help.

First, the documentation for spatial mapping design should be consulted.

When scanning surfaces I try to be between 1 and 2 meters from the surface. Once a surface has been scanned in, you don't need to be close to it to access the surface in your application.

I'm not certain how much actual data you can record. I've not seen this information documented. I've never run out of space, but I've also never tried to.

For example, I go on a long street, I just want to know the surface around me, my experience is unable to walk more than 10 meters range

ahh, okay. Are you updating the bounds of the surface observer?

@Patrick, I stop surface observer and then start surface observer,
but old spatial mapping still exists and not cleared.
