Disable "On Tracking Loss Pause" without Unity Pro

Is there really no way to disable the "On Tracking Loss Pause and Show..." setting without having a Unity Pro license?

The setting is under Edit > Project Settings > Player > Windows Store tab > Splash Image

I don't care about having a splash screen, I just want to disable the pause when tracking is lost. Is there anyway to do this programmatically?
