Set world anchor coordinates relatively to mesh in Unity

Hi,
I checked out the TapToPlace Script in order to set Anchors from within an application. Works fine so far. What I would like to do is to download the mesh from device portal, load it in unity and place objects in the mesh and set the anchor. Unfortunately the objects within the mesh aren't aligned correctly to the real world coordinates. Is it possible to align the loaded geometry in unity with the real world coordinates?
Thx
